Please use the form below to place an event on the church calendar, reserve church facilities, and request publicity for your event. The church secretary or a member of the Communication Committee will contact you if additional information is needed or if there is a conflict. Approved events will be placed on the church calendar.
Please check the church calendar before submitting your information to be sure there is no conflict with your event. You may also want to check the local public school calendars:

Items for the bulletin should be submitted no later than the Monday prior to the publication date (Friday by email, Sunday bulletin).
Event planners must arrange for childcare staff with the nursery coordinator at least 30 days in advance. This form simply reserves the room; the church secretary does not arrange for child care.
