Bulletin & Email Announcement Submission Form
Please use the form below to submit announcements you would like to see in the bulletin and/or sent out via email that are not associated with a specific event. If your announcement is related to a specific event, please use the Schedule an Event form to get your event on the calendar and publicized.
Items for the bulletin should be submitted no later than the Monday before scheduled publication (Friday by email, Sunday bulletin).
Before submitting your announcement, please take a moment to verify that all information is correct and complete, and that your announcement includes a contact name and either phone or email address (or both) in case readers have any questions.
Please note that in general announcements are published in the printed bulletin a maximum of two times. We also email the bulletin announcements on the Friday before.
