Welcome Guests
We hope you’ll visit our church and we hope this information will make your time with us more comfortable and fulfilling.
If you have any questions or needs while at Tuskawilla Presbyterian, please look for anyone wearing a red "Ask Me" ribbon attached to his or her name tag.
Please try to arrive at least five or ten minutes before the worship service begins. That will give you time to get seated and allow our greeters the chance to answer any questions you may have. If you arrive after the service begins, we ask that you not enter the sanctuary during prayer or scripture reading. Ushers will be glad to assist you.
For both our traditional and contemporary services, you are welcome to dress in any way you feel comfortable. Members of our congregation are likely to be wearing anything from shorts and jeans to dresses and business suits. What’s important is that you are with us—not how you are dressed.
A nursery is available for infants and toddlers during both Sunday morning services and Sunday school in the Activities Building. There is a door to this building immediately across the breezeway from the door to the Sanctuary; the nursery is the second door on your right.
During our regular services, you will be asked to fill out the red "friendship pad" which is located at the end of each row. Please provide us with as much, or as little, information about yourself and your family as you are comfortable doing. When the pad is passed up and down your row, please look at the other names on the list so that you can get to know the people around you.
Guest and handicapped parking is available in front of the church. Additional handicapped spaces are on the east side of the building, and additional parking is on both sides and in the rear.
As you face our building, the sanctuary is on the right, Fellowship Hall is on the left, and the two are connected by the Activities Building. If you walk past the Sanctuary, you’ll see the Administration Building. Parallel to the administration building is the Education Building, where the children's Sunday School classes are held. Handicapped-accessible restrooms and water fountains are located in each building.

You are welcome to enjoy refreshments in Fellowship Hall and in any of the classrooms where small groups meet, however, we ask that you not bring food or drink into the sanctuary.
In the narthex, which is the lobby area you'll pass through before entering the sanctuary, is an Info Center with printed materials about our congregation and ministries. You are welcome to take any of these items.
Communion is served on the first Sunday of every month. All are welcome to partake. Sometimes we serve by intinction, where you come forward to receive the meal; other times, you will be served at your seat by an elder. Communion at the contemporary service is always by intinction; at the traditional service, we alternate between coming forward and staying in the pews. The method of service will be indicated in the bulletin; in addition, during the Words of Invitation, the pastor will let you know which serving method will be used.
After you have been our guest, we would appreciate your feedback. Click here to submit your comments online.
