Calendar/Facilities Reservation & Publicity Form

Please use the form below to place an event on the church calendar, reserve church facilities, and request publicity for your event. The church secretary or a member of the Communication Team will contact you if additional information is needed or if there is a conflict. Approved events will be placed on the church calendar. Please check the church calendar before submitting your information to be sure there is no conflict with your event.

Event planners must arrange for childcare staff with the nursery coordinator at least 30 days in advance. This form simply reserves the room; the church secretary does not arrange for childcare.
